Sampo Syväoja is a Partner at Amrop in Helsinki, with extensive experience in a wide range of industries including technology, digitalization, industrial, management consulting and IT consulting.

Sampo joined the Executive Search industry in 2015. Before Amrop, he worked in another Nordic recruitment consultancy, where he conducted over 100 search assignments with high drive, success rate and client & candidate satisfaction.

Sampo has broad experience and networks within the Finnish markets for digital, technology, strategy and consulting as well as commercial talent. This has made him a trusted advisor to both digital/technology/consulting service firms and industrial (energy, ICT, travel, construction, …) companies looking to capitalize on the benefits of digitalization and new technologies. He has found top-performing leaders from middle management to C-level positions for clients ranging from PE-backed SMEs to large listed companies.

Sampo has a M.Ed. from University of Oulu majoring in Education theory and minoring in Psychology. In his free time Sampo maintains his work life balance with different sports, spending time with his family and playing with his son.
